No. Our beginner track assumes no prior speaking experience. We start with simple frameworks (structure, breath, pacing), then layer delivery skills (tone, emphasis, pauses), and finally advanced practice (Q&A, storytelling, persuasion).
Tip: If you feel anxious, choose a cohort with weekly practice labs—consistency is the fastest confidence multiplier.

You’ll receive feedback in three layers: (1) a quick “headline” (what to keep / stop / start), (2) a rubric score for clarity, structure, vocal control, and presence, and (3) one drill to practice before the next session.
We focus on measurable behaviors (pauses, pace, signposting, phrasing) so improvement is obvious week to week.

Most cohorts meet 1–2 times per week. Intensives run over a weekend with pre-work and follow-up coaching. We publish session times in the program’s local time zone and provide a calendar file when you enroll.
- Weekly time: 90–120 minutes live + 20–40 minutes practice.
- Intensive time: 2 long sessions + short daily drills after.

We offer make-up options when available and guidance on how to catch up. Some cohorts include session replays. If you miss a session, we’ll recommend one “minimum effective drill” that keeps your progress on track.

You can choose live online cohorts or in-person intensives depending on the schedule. Each includes coached practice and feedback. Online sessions are designed for active participation (short speaking reps, breakout practice, timed drills)—not passive lectures.

Yes. Graduates receive a verifiable digital certificate upon meeting attendance and performance requirements. The certificate indicates you completed coached speaking reps and met baseline criteria for clarity, structure, and delivery.

There’s no “gotcha” exam. Certification is based on participation plus demonstrable improvement using our rubric. You’ll always know what to work on next—no surprises.

If your cohort includes replays, you may use your own segments for a private portfolio as long as other participants aren’t identifiable. We can also help you plan a “clean room” demo recording session as a coaching add-on.

Refund eligibility depends on timing and program type. You can request a review via our support form and we respond within 1 business day.
- If you’re early in the program, we’ll discuss a refund or a cohort transfer.
- If you’ve completed significant coaching time, we may propose a credit or alternative plan.
We aim for outcomes. If you’re not getting what you need, we’ll prioritize a solution over a script.

We treat speaking practice as sensitive. When replays are available, they’re shared privately with enrolled learners, and we avoid exposing personal info. We also recommend using “safe topics” for practice if your job involves confidential material.
